Please note that all purchases made on our art website subject to our shipping policy While we strive to process and ship your orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as may be affected by external factors beyond our control. We not liable for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping. By placing order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Shipping
Your artwork will typically be dispatched between 4-6 weeks after the point of purchase unless specified otherwise(this is due to the medium used and drying times etc) If you would like express delivery or would like your order sent after a specific date please reach out to tashiart25@gmail.com for more details on how we can tailor the delivery process to your needs.
Tracking
Your order will be dispatched once it has been hand wrapped and packed by me personally with care to ensure a safe travel. You can track your delivery by clicking the link in your email once it's dispatched. If you have any questions please email tashiart25@gmail.com with the subject 'shipping & tracking'
Please note:
TASHIART is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import duties, postal backlogs, or any external courier disruptions. Any additional customs or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
