This includes, but is not limited to purchases made through www.tashart.com or affiliated domains, art sales, commissions, events, workshops, collaborations, and any other business activity under the TASHIART brand. By using our website, attending our events, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To engage with TASHIART, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old;
- Have a valid debit or credit card that we accept; and
- Be authorised to use that payment method.
Certain items, such as original artworks or event experiences, may not be suitable for individuals under 18.

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. If there’s an issue with your order, we will contact you promptly. We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but variations may occur depending on device displays. If we discover a pricing error after your purchase, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with these Terms. Prices include VAT (where applicable). International customers may be subject to exchange rate variations and conversion fees. Discount codes are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Payment & Deposits
When you click 'Confirm and Pay,' you agree to pay the full amount stated. Payment must be made using one of our accepted methods, . Deposits for artwork, commissions, or events are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. A change of mind outside of 48 hours from purchase or deposit payment is not eligible for refund, and your deposit will be retained.
6. Formation of Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt but not acceptance. Your order is accepted once you receive a dispatch confirmation email from TASHIART. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion prior to dispatch.
7. Delivery
All orders are shipped via trusted partners such as DHL. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the item purchased. We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All creative works, imagery, product designs, website content, brand assets, and intellectual property are owned or licensed TASHIART. These rights are protected globally. You may use our website and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any material without written consent is prohibited. You may link to www.tashiart.com provided it is done legally, fairly, and does not imply endorsement
9. Events, Collaborations & Experiences
Participation in any TASHIART event or collaboration is at your own risk. By attending, you consent to photography, filming, and content creation, which may be used for marketing purposes unless you notify us at www.tashiart25@gmail.com">www.tashiart25@gmail.com. Tickets and bookings are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by us.
10. Third-Party Payment Providers
Partial.ly – Instalment payments are available via Partial.ly under their user terms and privacy policy.

11. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of TASHIART products, returns are reviewed individually. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after 48 hours, custom artworks, or event tickets. For faulty or damaged items, contact www.tashiart25@gmail.com">www.tashiart25@gmail.com within 7 days for resolution
12. Limitation of Liability
TASHIART is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, delays outside our control, or losses arising from third-party providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
